■About our ClientAn international retail company delivering high-quality products and innovative market strategies worldwide.■Role OverviewYou will be responsible for leading monthly and year-end closing operations, managing bank accounts, and supporting E-commerce finance. ■Main tasks include:・Lead monthly and year-end closing processes in collaboration with Managers・Manage bank accounts and oversee payment approvals・Manage expense reimbursements and update guidelines with HR・Serve as the main Finance point of contact for E-commerce business・Handle import-related operations and optimize processes as needed・Supervise and mentor 1 Senior Accountant and 1 Junior Accountant#LI-Hybrid

[Mandatory]
・8-10 years of accounting experience in the retail industry
・Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and year-end closing
・Hands-on experience with SAP software
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English

[Preferred]
・Experience in the apparel industry
・USCPA or equivalent qualification
・Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
・Strong cross-functional communication and multi-tasking skills
